Payment
All prices include UK excise duty and UK VAT applicable at the time. All goods must be paid for before dispatch. Payment may be made using our secure server by Visa, MasterCard, or Debit cards. If you are sending a personal cheque, goods will not be dispatched before satisfactory clearance**. We also accept Telephone Orders and Paypal. Please do not send cash payments through the post.
**If for any reason a cheque is returned unpaid to us. A charge of GBP 10.00 will be levied and a request for an alternative payment method will be made
Despatch of Goods
Despatch will occur only on satisfactory authorisation of payment.
There is a delivery charge from £3.50 GBP on all orders (Mainland UK).
Orders for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Highlands and Islands
of Scotland will incur an additional charge.

Delivery
All goods are normally despatched within 5-14 days from receipt of your order unless otherwise stated, please check individual items for details. All deliveries will be sent by courier unless specifically requested otherwise by the customer. A signature will be required as proof of delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be deemed as proof that goods have been received.
Choozstyle can accept no liability for goods delayed by acts beyond our reasonable control ,including but without limitation, Severe weather, Acts of terrorism or national disturbance, Strikes, lock-outs or any other industrial disputes.
Returns & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. This provision does not affect your statutory rights (relating to faulty or mis-described goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations, further details of which are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau).
To return an item for a refund, please use a reputable Delivery service.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is deemed in the opinion of Choozstyle Ltd to be faulty.
Cancellations
If, for any reason you are unhappy with the item/s you have ordered you have the right to cancel within 7 days of receipt of your order. You can preferably email us on info@choozstyle.co.uk or call 0800 458 7575
If you wish to cancel before the items are despatched, you are asked to contact us by e-mail as soon as practicably possible. If however your cancellation is received after the items have been despatched please return the item/s as detailed in our returns section.
Distance Selling Regulations
If the Customer is buying as a consumer, as defined in The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the Goods may be returned within 7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday and any UK Bank Holiday) of delivery for a full refund. To cancel an order, the Customer must notify Choozstyle Ltd in writing or by email within the 7 day period and return the Goods to;

Choozstyle Ltd will refund to the Customer the invoice value of the Goods. The Customer shall be liable for the postage costs to return the Goods to Choozstyle Ltd (Goods should be returned with proof of delivery and with original
packaging). Goods should be returned complete, in perfect condition and unused within 7 days of receipt.
Conformity Of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Descriptions and measurements are supplied by the manufacturer and are as accurate as possible to the best of our knowledge. Choozstyle Ltd will endeavour to correct any errors and/or omissions as soon as they are made aware.
Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within seven days .Goods should be returned in the manner outlined in our returns & refund policy.
